Our furnace stopped working on Thanksgiving Monday. Dan was fantastic. He came in less than 20 minutes from us calling him and had our furnace blowing hot air again in less than hour. He saved us from a very chilly night. Fantastic service. I highly recommend Upper Canada HVAC.

You know how when your furnace needs replacing and you dread even Googling to find somebody because you know it will be the start of an enormously stressful experience? Well not with Upper Canada HVAC, from the first phone call answered by Anne, to the owner Dan calling me, doing a site visit, ordering the new propane furnace, installing it, and coordinating having the oil tank pumped out, the whole experience was fantastic, seamless, professional, and all done within two weeks (phone call to done). Everybody was so knowledgeable and friendly, you'd think I was living in Mayberry with Andy Griffith! What precipitated this whole thing was our oil tank heating system being cancelled by our insurance company out of the blue, as oil tanks are being phased out over the next ten years in Ontario. I would advise if you have oil heat, get this transfer done asap and don't wait until for the conversion is high.
