- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, and device type. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.
- Server logs: Cloudflare may log IP addresses for security and performance. These logs are retained by Cloudflare under their privacy policy.

- To publish and manage your business listing on the Site.
- To process claim requests and contact you about your listing.
- To send marketing or informational text messages and automated or AI-assisted voice calls, only if you have given explicit opt-in consent.

3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), GoHighLevel (CRM and messaging), and Stripe (payment processing for Featured listings). Each processes data under their own privacy policies.
- Public listing data: information you submit for a business listing (business name, phone, email, address, website, description, hours) is published on the Site and visible to anyone.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Cookies
The Site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security (e.g., bot detection). Third-party embeds (Google Maps on Featured listing pages) may set their own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
5. Data retention
Business listing data is retained as long as the listing is live. Claim request data and contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. If you opted in to SMS/voice messages, you can opt out at any time by texting STOP.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
